Now retired, Cody was the first of our lesson horses. At 38, Cody spends his days relaxing with turnouts. Cody is a bright bay, Peruvian Paso cross at only 14.2hh.
At 15, Buddy is one of our main lesson horses when his soundness allows it. A bay Rocky Mountain Horse cross, Buddy used to be a horse for advanced riders. As he's gotten older, he's calmed down to where he's now an advanced beginner to intermediate horse at 15hh.
At 11, Beverly is our main lesson horse and our only mare. Servicing almost all the beginner and intermediate riders, Beverly is a flea-bitten grey, Azteca (Andalusian/Quarter Horse) at 14.3hh. Beverly is the proud mother of recently sold Gambler. Check out our "For Sale" page for more information.

Skipper is our final lesson horse. At 16hh, the large, registered, chestnut Quarter Horse is the most talented. Ridden by intermediate and advanced riders, Skipper knows it all; from western pleasure headset and gaits to flying lead changes, side passes, and turning on the forehand/haunches.
Appy is a 6 year old Appaloosa gelding. He's got a gorgeous snowflake blanket with spots and some roaning! He's an absolute sweetheart and a fun ride. In professional training with Erik Olson, Appy is working well under saddle and has been used for the lessons of some of our advanced riders. He's been working wonderfully on holding his head/rounding his back, backing nicely, and doing rollbacks/turns. He moves off of the legs and knows his leads. We feel that he would make a great roping horse...In fact, that's what we would train him for if we kept him. He's built well, like a stock horse and moves nicely. Plus, he's not super tall, around 15hh, the perfect height for cattle work. Check out our "For Sale" page for more information!
