All items are non-refundable.  All sales are FINAL.  Items are listed as is.  I try to describe them as accurately as I can.    Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.  USPS Priority and UPS Ground shipping are available.  I ship only to in the U.S.  Items are occasionally lost or damaged when shipped, which I am not responsible for.  Insurance is optional for an additional $2.00 to be paid by the buyer for USPS.  UPS already includes insurance.
